Job Summary

Strategically leading the global demand generation function, the remote Director of Demand Generation will build and optimize multi-channel programs, manage a dedicated team, and ensure alignment with sales to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and own the global demand generation strategy aligned to revenue targets and sales pipeline goals
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Demand Generation Managers and a Partner Marketing Manager
  • Own and manage the global demand generation budget, making data-driven investment decisions and reporting on performance
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling demand generation programs in enterprise technology, SaaS, or IT services
  • Hands-on expertise with enterprise marketing automation platforms, particularly Pardot
  • Proven experience owning a marketing budget and making data-driven spend decisions
  • Strong ABM experience targeting enterprise accounts with multi-threaded engagement strategies
