Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Demand Generation in a full-time remote capacity, this role will manage the demand generation strategy, oversee pipeline growth, and enhance customer lifecycle marketing to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline across various acquisition channels
  • Lead digital conversion funnels and optimize performance through testing and data-driven insights
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing programs to enhance customer onboarding, engagement, and retention
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation and growth marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep expertise in paid media, digital marketing, and marketing analytics
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and optimizing spend against revenue targets
  • Proficiency with modern marketing tools and strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
