Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as the Director of Demand Generation, responsible for owning and scaling the demand generation engine, contributing to marketing strategy and GTM planning, and leading cross-functional collaboration to connect brand initiatives to pipeline generation.
Key responsibilities
- Own and scale multi-channel pipeline generation including paid media, email, events, and SEO/AEO with accountability for ROI
- Provide strategic marketing leadership by refining ICP targeting, messaging, and campaign architecture
- Architect and maintain GTM systems, including HubSpot infrastructure and lead scoring models
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in demand generation leadership within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms
- Expertise in using AI tools for operational leverage and workflow automation
- Fluency in funnel metrics, pipeline reporting, and performance analysis
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
