Job Summary
Owning the demand generation programs and pipeline, the full-time Director of Demand Generation will develop and execute strategies to drive leads and MQLs, manage paid campaigns, and collaborate with Sales and Business Operations in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel demand generation with a focus on leads, MQLs, and pipeline creation
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies by identifying gaps in the funnel and deploying solutions
- Manage paid campaigns and plan field marketing programs to create pipeline and accelerate deals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience in the user or market research industry with a strong understanding of the target customer
- Proven track record of driving leads and pipeline through various marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making and forecasting
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
