Job Summary
To drive innovative demand generation strategies, the full-time remote Director of Demand Generation will manage multi-channel marketing efforts, build an AI-native demand generation engine, and develop a high-performing team focused on engaging target accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Build and implement demand generation programs that fuel the unified pipeline team and enhance target account engagement
- Lead the creation of an AI-driven demand motion, ensuring personalized outreach and effective channel strategies
- Develop unconventional marketing programs to reach a sophisticated audience and drive measurable pipeline growth
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on account-based or demand generation leadership
- Proven success in running account-based marketing and driving measurable results from named accounts
- Experience in an AI-forward environment, applying AI to enhance marketing efforts
- Deep expertise in multi-channel marketing, including digital, paid, social, and direct mail
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on pipeline and revenue metrics
