Job Summary
To architect a modern demand generation system, the full-time remote Director of Demand Generation will manage the entire demand engine, oversee the Growth Manager team, and develop strategies that enhance brand presence and pipeline contribution.
Key responsibilities
- Own the demand generation strategy by designing a comprehensive funnel and channel mix while managing relationships with third-party agencies
- Lead and enable the Growth Manager team through coaching, performance management, and providing essential resources for outbound engagement
- Grow the content and inbound engine by developing a content strategy that aligns with buyer research and enhances authority across the buyer journey
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling a demand generation function and managing SDR/BDR teams
- Strong command of modern demand generation theory and fluency across various channels
- Data literacy with the ability to pull reports and build dashboards that communicate pipeline health
- Proven track record of building pipeline and program revenue in an enterprise environment
