Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time salaried Director of Demand Generation opportunity focused on creating a consistent pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities for Helix, working remotely or onsite in Santa Monica, CA, or New York City, NY.
Key responsibilities:
- Own demand generation for Helix across priority segments and named accounts, collaborating with Sales to identify pain points and timing for targeted efforts
- Build tailored campaigns addressing specific customer workflows and operational challenges, ensuring messaging resonates with different buying groups
- Measure engagement and conversion metrics in HubSpot, providing insights to Sales on account movement and campaign effectiveness
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or media technology
- Proven track record of creating a qualified pipeline and managing demand programs directly
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce compelling content
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools
- Curiosity about media and entertainment operations, with a willingness to learn
