Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a full-time salaried Director of Demand Generation opportunity focused on creating a consistent pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities for Helix, working remotely or onsite in Santa Monica, CA, or New York City, NY.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own demand generation for Helix across priority segments and named accounts, collaborating with Sales to identify pain points and timing for targeted efforts
  • Build tailored campaigns addressing specific customer workflows and operational challenges, ensuring messaging resonates with different buying groups
  • Measure engagement and conversion metrics in HubSpot, providing insights to Sales on account movement and campaign effectiveness
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or media technology
  • Proven track record of creating a qualified pipeline and managing demand programs directly
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce compelling content
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Curiosity about media and entertainment operations, with a willingness to learn
