Job Summary
To build and lead a demand generation engine, the full-time remote Director of Demand Generation will own the demand generation strategy, lead integrated campaigns, and manage budget performance to drive qualified enterprise pipeline growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own demand generation strategy and performance, aligning with business priorities and pipeline goals
- Lead integrated campaigns across various channels including paid social, email, and webinars
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance, turning data into actionable insights for improved conversion
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, particularly in B2B SaaS
- Experience with marketing to health systems and understanding complex buying cycles
- Proven ability to execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong HubSpot fluency for managing campaigns and reporting
- Demonstrated analytical skills to connect marketing activities to revenue impact
