Job Summary

To build and lead a demand generation engine, the full-time remote Director of Demand Generation will own the demand generation strategy, lead integrated campaigns, and manage budget performance to drive qualified enterprise pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Own demand generation strategy and performance, aligning with business priorities and pipeline goals
  • Lead integrated campaigns across various channels including paid social, email, and webinars
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance, turning data into actionable insights for improved conversion
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, particularly in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with marketing to health systems and understanding complex buying cycles
  • Proven ability to execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong HubSpot fluency for managing campaigns and reporting
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to connect marketing activities to revenue impact
