Job Summary
Driving top-of-funnel growth, the full-time remote Director of Demand Generation will define strategy, manage a comprehensive demand gen budget, and lead the team to create a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities across various market segments.
Key responsibilities
- Own marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline targets, ensuring high-quality demand generation through multi-channel campaigns
- Manage the DomainTools website as a demand generation engine, focusing on performance, conversion optimization, and user experience
- Partner closely with Sales leadership on pipeline forecasting and build target-account campaigns to support joint revenue goals
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years in B2B demand generation or revenue marketing, with 4+ years at the Director level or equivalent
- Proven pipeline ownership in mid-market to enterprise environments with complex, long sales cycles
- Deep experience in cybersecurity or highly technical B2B markets, with an understanding of buyer personas like CISOs and SOC Directors
- Hands-on fluency with modern MarTech tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense
- Strong sales partnership instincts and the ability to build trust with sales teams to co-own outcomes
