Job Summary

Driving full-funnel marketing strategies, the full-time salaried Director of Demand Generation Marketing will architect and manage marketing automation systems, oversee lead generation and nurturing processes, and align marketing efforts with sales objectives, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and operationalize multi-channel buyer journeys from awareness to conversion, integrating account-based marketing strategies
  • Own the strategy and optimization of the marketing automation platform, ensuring seamless data flow and audience segmentation
  • Establish measurement frameworks to connect marketing activities to commercial outcomes and drive performance optimization
Required qualifications
  • 10-12 years of experience in B2B marketing or demand generation, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, with experience in lead scoring and campaign execution
  • Experience with account-based marketing platforms and the ability to integrate engagement signals into marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with Digital Experience Platforms and the ability to connect behavioral data to marketing automation
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of building measurement frameworks that tie marketing activities to revenue outcomes
