Job Summary

Driving the expansion of demand-side relationships, the full-time remote Director of Demand Partnerships will manage the full lifecycle of new partner acquisition, including prospecting, contract execution, and campaign activation across North America and key global markets.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively source and develop new demand relationships with DSPs and independent trading desks
  • Own and deliver against net-new demand revenue targets, ensuring efficient pipeline management and deal closure
  • Represent the company at industry events, providing a credible voice in programmatic advertising
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, focusing on demand-side partnerships or business development
  • Proven success in building and closing commercial relationships with DSPs, ATDs, or agency trading desks
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including RTB, PMPs, and SSP/DSP dynamics
  • Experience in deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales pipeline with consistent conversion rates
