Director of Demand Planning

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Demand Planning, the full-time remote position will manage the end-to-end demand planning function for a high-growth product portfolio, focusing on forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the demand planning function across 5,000+ SKUs, developing scalable forecasting processes and leading the monthly S&OP process
• Generate and improve SKU-level forecasts using statistical models and business inputs while driving improvements in forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate demand signals and ensure alignment with supply planning and financial targets

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Experience in high-SKU consumer goods environments, preferably in beauty or fashion
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and experience with ERP/forecasting tools
• Proven track record managing complex product portfolios of 1,000+ SKUs
