Director of Denial Management

Job Summary

Director of Denial Management is a full-time salaried position responsible for overseeing operational structures, improving processes, and managing staff performance to enhance client service in denial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Client Managers to prioritize and define organizational goals
• Implement strategies to improve performance and increase client revenue
• Define and manage revenue cycle performance goals and metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle roles
• 5+ years of experience in a director or similar role within the hospital revenue cycle industry
• Familiarity with various Hospital Accounting and EMR Systems
• Experience managing and overseeing denials programs preferred
