Director of Derivative Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Derivative Operations, open to remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily collateral and trade capture for all derivative trades
• Oversee confirmation management, reconciliations, and interest payment processing
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and manage ISDA and FCM documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math, Science, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in securities operations and 3+ years in global derivative processing
• Internship experience in Financial Services with derivative activities may substitute for some experience
• Knowledge of derivative processing and ISDA documentation
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
