Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Design to lead and inspire their design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product and brand designers
• Contribute to product and brand strategy and establish design systems for consistency
• Oversee user research processes and drive the evolution of the brand identity

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• A strong portfolio demonstrating successful user-centered products and marketing campaigns
• Deep understanding of design principles, brand strategy, and marketing principles
• Experience building and scaling design systems and using modern design tools
• Ability to connect design choices to broader company strategy and manage multiple priorities
