Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Design to lead and inspire their design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product and brand designers
• Contribute to product and brand strategy while exploring new opportunities
• Establish and maintain design systems and processes for consistency and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in design, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• A strong portfolio of successful, user-centered products and marketing campaigns
• Deep understanding of design principles, brand strategy, and marketing principles
• Experience building and scaling design systems and using modern design tools
• Experience conducting and interpreting user research and quantitative inputs
