• Set strategic design direction for product UI/UX, brand identity, and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences based on research and data

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and brand work
• Proven success in managing and mentoring design teams
• Experience in consumer tech or edtech is a plus
• Fluency in Figma and design systems best practices
