Director of Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their needs and match them with suitable talent from the network
• Manage client expectations and ensure a positive experience throughout the matching process
• Collaborate with other teams to optimize the matching process and address engagement issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Full-time availability during US CST, MST, or PST working hours
• 5+ years of experience in complex, cross-functional environments with expertise in at least two areas: Design, Marketing, Product Management, or Management Consulting
• Solid understanding of project progression from discovery to delivery
• Familiarity with roles in application development, including Design and Project Management
