Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design with leadership experience
• Exceptional skills in systems thinking and architecture for complex healthcare problems
• Proven success in leading design for diverse user experiences
• Experience implementing modern tools and AI in design processes
• Prior experience in a clinical or regulated health tech environment is preferred
