Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive product strategy and execution
• Own the aesthetic and emotional identity of the brand while providing creative direction across product and marketing design
• Lead the design system and integrate AI tooling into design workflows

Required Qualifications

• Strong product design portfolio with experience in consumer or SaaS products
• Experience leading design in a small company or startup environment
• Comfort with brand and marketing design alongside product design
• Experience with design systems and maintaining component libraries
• Hands-on experience with Figma variables, design tokens, and AI-powered workflows
