Director of Design

Job Summary

Leading the design strategy for key growth experiences, the full-time remote Director of Design will manage a team of product designers and collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance user onboarding, product activation, and retention flows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of designers focused on growth and lifecycle experiences
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define strategy, priorities, and success metrics
• Establish and refine processes for design discovery, iteration, and delivery

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design, with 3+ years in a design leadership role
• Proven experience designing B2B2C and/or SaaS products, ideally with complex workflows
• Strong background in growth, onboarding, activation, or lifecycle design
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes such as activation and retention
• Experience leading and scaling high-performing design teams
