Job Summary
A company is seeking a Director of Design Program Management to oversee and coordinate design programs for the Industrial Design and Packaging teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple industrial and packaging design programs, ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery
- Implement quality control processes and foster cross-functional collaboration among design, engineering, and operations teams
- Manage resources effectively, identify and mitigate risks, and drive the adoption of industry best practices within the design program management framework
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Design Program Management experience
- 4+ years of experience directly managing a team of program managers
- Proven expertise in leading projects within packaging and industrial design, with knowledge of print and manufacturing technologies
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies, with a preference for candidates familiar with Monday.com and G-Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a flexible and collaborative approach
