Director of Design, Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design, Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and scale the RCM design organization, including structure and quality standards
• Guide senior cross-functional peers through high-stakes tradeoffs and ensure timely execution
• Drive adoption of robust design processes to enhance craft excellence across the RCM domain

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design, with 5+ years at a director or senior director level in complex domains
• Proven success leading design for finance or regulated SaaS platforms
• Deep expertise in organizational design and team development
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with VP+ audiences
• Experience with Figma, FigJam, and Miro; familiarity with Jira and Notion
