Job Summary
Seeking a visionary Director of Design / UX to lead and inspire a design team in a full-time hybrid role, focusing on modernizing and enhancing the user experience of a SaaS Audiology Practice Management platform through strategic design initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the UX/UI strategy, modernizing design templates for improved usability and aesthetics
- Lead audits and modernization efforts of legacy systems, translating them into scalable design components
- Collaborate with Engineering to implement a robust Design System and Style Guide for UI consistency
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in modernizing legacy systems and navigating complex SaaS environments
- Experience in healthcare or clinical technology design, particularly in regulated environments
- Successful track record of building and maintaining design systems in partnership with engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
