Director of Developer Experience

Job Summary

Leading a multi-team organization, the full-time remote Director of Developer Experience will manage Infrastructure Services and Developer Tooling, define the vision for developer experience, and drive the integration of AI across the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and develop teams focused on CI/CD orchestration and developer tooling
• Define and execute the strategy for AI tooling across the software development lifecycle
• Establish metrics to measure and improve developer productivity and system performance

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in management roles
• Proven track record in scaling developer experience or DevOps organizations
• Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and ArgoCD
• Experience with AI developer tooling and its impact on the software development lifecycle
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, GitOps, and cloud-native deployment patterns
