Director of Developer Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Developer Strategy & Ecosystem to lead engagement with the global development community in the era of Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale a global developer community around Agentic Application Security
• Define and evangelize best practices for securing AI-generated code and publish related content
• Deliver technical content and support go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development, DevSecOps, AppSec, or platform engineering
• Deep understanding of modern development workflows and AI coding assistants
• Experience in public speaking and engaging technical audiences
• Proven ability to build and nurture technical communities
• Experience bridging Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams
