Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Director, Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of front-end, back-end, and full-stack engineers and developers, both full-time and contract staff
Collaborate with other company directors to develop business strategies and advise on technical progression
Guide project development, ensure high technical standards, and deliver quality work, excellent client experiences, and operational success

Qualifications:

Strong technical skills and hands-on experience in development
Proven leadership and coaching abilities
Experience in scoping projects and presenting solutions to clients
Ability to communicate technical vision internally and externally
Experience in managing and mentoring a digital team
