Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Development - HubSpot CMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, focusing on technical excellence and professional growth
• Collaborate with Sales and Program Management teams on project scoping, resource allocation, and solution design
• Provide technical oversight, enforce best practices, and resolve urgent client development issues

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers
• Expertise in HubSpot CMS development and proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/ES6+
• Minimum of 7+ years of professional front-end development experience
• 2+ years of technical leadership or management experience
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant equivalent experience is required
