Director of Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Development and External Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short- and long-term fundraising strategies
• Manage and develop a team of development professionals to enhance fundraising efforts
• Oversee corporate sponsorship programs and individual major gift strategies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5-8 years of progressive fundraising/development experience
• Proven relationship management skills with a focus on outreach and partnerships
• Knowledge of the Little Rock donor community preferred
• Grant writing experience preferred
• Passion for education, racial justice, and youth development
