Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Development to lead fundraising and partnership efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with organizational priorities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and philanthropic partners
• Oversee grant lifecycle management and enhance cross-departmental processes for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in fundraising and development, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of securing $5M+ annually from diverse funding sources
• Strong expertise in grant lifecycle management and compliance with regulations
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for data management and reporting
