Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies and annual development plans
• Oversee institutional giving and manage relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners
• Coordinate communications and marketing efforts to enhance the organization's visibility and support

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior/executive level fundraising experience across multiple revenue streams
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing measurable fundraising strategies
• Experience supervising staff and managing vendors or consultants
• Proficiency with common office productivity tools and comfort with CRM systems
• Passion for serving LGBTQ+ communities and advancing addiction recovery services
