Job Summary

Director of Development, oversees fundraising initiatives and strategies within a designated region, managing a small team in a full-time salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies, campaigns, and events
• Identify, cultivate, and engage existing and prospective donors
• Manage and mentor team staff while collaborating with various committees and boards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
• Fundraising experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Demonstrates financial literacy and contributes to the fiscal health of the organization
