Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end integration of acquired and partnered Development assets, the full-time Director of Development Integration will drive strategic planning and execution to maximize asset value while collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration strategy, planning, and execution for acquired and partnered Development assets
• Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations and maximize asset value
• Oversee governance, decision-making, and risk management across complex integration programs

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field with significant experience in pharmaceutical development or related industry
• Proven experience leading complex external projects and integration initiatives in a matrixed environment
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships
