Director of Development Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Development Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and guide tactical relationships to ensure cross-team deadlines are met
• Use RE/NXT software to manage relationships and support fundraising goals
• Oversee donor qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to expand the prospect pool

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of relevant professional experience in philanthropy or fundraising, including supervisory experience
• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in fundraising and direct solicitations
• Experience with systems approaches and project management software
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
