A company is looking for a Director of Development Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and long-term strategy for fundraising infrastructure, primarily using Salesforce as the central CRM
• Design and implement processes for donor management and track performance metrics across various donor types
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational support and standardization of development processes

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising operations
• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, including dashboard creation and data optimization
• Proven ability to design and implement systems and processes
• Familiarity with donor lifecycle and major gift operations
• Experience in project management and organizational skills
