Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, DevOps & Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the infrastructure platform, owning cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes
• Lead a team of engineering managers to recruit, manage, mentor, and retain top talent
• Evaluate and implement tools and technologies to enhance engineering productivity and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in team management
• Proven hands-on technical leadership in directing high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure architectures and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience managing both onshore and offshore resources
• Preferred experience in the healthcare IT industry
