Director of DevOps

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of DevOps to lead global infrastructure strategy and cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of DevOps engineers
• Oversee the management of the AWS environment using Terraform and Kubernetes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering/operations, with at least 3 years in a people-management role
• Deep technical mastery of AWS services
• Proven experience running Kubernetes in production at scale
• Experience working in regulated industries and managing compliance requirements
• Leadership style focused on quality and collaboration
