Director of DevOps

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of DevOps to lead the evolution of engineering practices and multi-cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-cloud DevOps and Platform Engineering strategy aligned with company growth targets
• Establish measurable SLOs and OKRs for the DevOps function to enhance business outcomes
• Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of DevOps, SRE, and Cloud Engineers while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure, with at least 7 years in leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure environments
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, particularly with Terraform
• Deep knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with enterprise observability systems and CI/CD pipelines
