Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of DevOps to lead its DevOps and Cloud Operations strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement an enterprise-wide DevOps strategy and drive the adoption of DevOps principles
Build and lead a high-performing DevOps team while fostering a collaborative environment
Oversee day-to-day cloud operations and ensure high availability and performance of the SaaS platform

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in DevOps management, particularly with multi-tenant platforms on AWS
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred
Proven track record of leading high-performing DevOps teams and expertise in CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with SQL and unstructured databases integration within DevOps workflows
