Director of DevOps

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time remote Director of DevOps will design, implement, and optimize the platform and products, ensuring service reliability and driving automation across CI/CD processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Own service reliability and adherence to SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs across the platform
• Collaborate with teams to establish metrics and dashboards to enhance quality in the SDLC
• Recruit, mentor, and lead DevOps teams while driving automation and optimization of global infrastructure

Required qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer leader with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
• 5+ years of operational management experience of SaaS production applications
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP and experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong people management skills with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
