Director of DevOps

Job Summary

To support a cutting-edge agentic AI platform, the fully remote Director of DevOps will manage production systems on AWS, oversee infrastructure and automation, and ensure security compliance while collaborating with development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support and operate a production agentic AI platform, ensuring services are responsive and scalable
• Lead infrastructure management and automation using Infrastructure as Code practices
• Monitor security compliance and participate in vulnerability reviews to maintain platform integrity

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on DevOps or platform engineering experience at a senior or director level
• Deep expertise in AWS, including multi-account management and production SaaS environments
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK
• Strong software engineering skills with experience in Python and TypeScript
• Experience with structured release management processes and serverless infrastructure
