Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director of DevOps & Automation.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the enterprise DevOps and automation strategy
Build and scale shared CI/CD and infrastructure automation platforms
Improve developer productivity by streamlining build, test, and deployment workflows

Required Qualifications

10 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Deep knowledge of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code
Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure in large-scale production environments
Track record of delivering improvements in deployment frequency and developer productivity
Experience partnering with security and compliance teams
