Director of DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own uptime, availability, scalability, and performance of all production systems
• Lead cloud infrastructure strategy and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Build and lead DevOps, SRE, and Cloud Engineering teams while establishing KPIs for performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, cloud engineering, and infrastructure
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams or managers
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD tools
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies
• Proven track record of building high-performance teams and driving cultural change
