Director of DevOps/CloudOps
Job Summary
Leading a global team of DevOps and CloudOps engineers, the full-time Director of DevOps/CloudOps will manage infrastructure reliability and application availability while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the DevOps/CloudOps team, ensuring best practices and standards are maintained
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to manage applications and cloud environments globally
- Implement DevOps/CloudOps principles and create operational models, plans, and roadmaps in an Agile/Scrum setting
Required Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
- 10+ years of DevOps/CloudOps experience, with at least five years in cloud environments (AWS and/or Microsoft Azure)
- 7+ years of experience leading Agile teams and programs, with a strong understanding of Agile and Lean principles
- 5+ years driving full DevOps automation and automated software delivery practices
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD automated pipelines and managing DevOps/CloudOps teams
