Director of DHS Engagement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, DHS Mission Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the engagement strategy across DHS Components
• Serve as a senior point of contact for DHS stakeholders
• Drive conversion of pilots and demos into funded programs and contracts

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years supporting DHS, DoD, IC, or Federal Public Safety customers
• Demonstrated success owning federal revenue or pipeline responsibility
• Proven ability to engage and influence GS-15 / SES-level stakeholders
• Strong understanding of DHS operational environments and acquisition pathways
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
