Job Summary
Leading the development and implementation of digital application solutions, the full-time Director of Digital Applications will enhance patient care and operational efficiency within a remote environment, focusing on Epic Systems and digital transformation initiatives in healthcare.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of digital application strategies to improve patient outcomes and operational performance
- Oversee the daily implementation and support of digital applications, ensuring they meet operational requirements
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

- Proven experience with Epic Systems and other healthcare technology platforms
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
