Director of Digital Assets FinOps

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day financial operations of Figure's digital asset business, the remote Director of Digital Assets FinOps will manage wallet and custody administration, transaction workflows, and reconciliation processes while ensuring compliance with institutional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee digital asset financial operations, including transaction execution, settlement, and daily position monitoring
• Conduct end-to-end reconciliation of digital asset activity across various financial systems
• Define operational and control requirements for new product and token launches

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, accounting, or investment banking, with 2-3 years in the digital assets industry
• Strong accounting foundation and knowledge of U.S. GAAP related to digital assets
• Experience managing financial operations for digital assets, including custody and reconciliation
• Track record of designing and implementing control environments, preferably including SOX compliance
• Familiarity with fintech, blockchain, and tokenized assets is a plus
