Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Digital Community Platform to lead the strategy and management of a community engagement platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and launch a community platform, converting viewers into engaged participants
• Onboard and manage relationships with educators and content creators
• Establish metrics and feedback loops for measuring community engagement and impact

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling digital communities with over 5,000 engaged members
• Background in educational content, online learning, or edtech
• Experience in managing content creators or educators within a platform ecosystem
• Ability to work in a startup environment and build systems from scratch
• Strong commitment to the mission of enhancing understanding of Jewish identity and culture
