Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Digital Demand Generation to lead their demand engine across various segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a full-funnel demand generation strategy across multiple digital channels
- Manage and mentor a team to ensure alignment between digital demand and field execution
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to define MQL/SQL criteria and optimize marketing investments
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth at companies with $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in multi-segment B2B technology marketing
- Expert-level command of marketing and sales tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex attribution and funnel models
