Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the digital enablement strategy for Finance, including AI, automation, and finance applications
• Oversee the strategy and delivery of AI, RPA, and machine learning solutions across Finance
• Build and lead high-performing global teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in digital, automation, or AI functions in complex enterprises
• Deep expertise in AI/ML engineering, automation platforms, and enterprise system architecture
• Proven experience in building and scaling global teams and automation operating models
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in a related field preferred
• Strong technical perspective on intelligent finance systems and proven success in delivering measurable efficiency gains
